Small Group Session- $30 per player per hour
Small group (3-8 players) on ice session where players will work on one defined skill group.
Session Plan- 20 minutes Isolated Skill Development
30 minutes Skill Implementation in Games Based Approach
10 minutes Free Gameplay to Develop Hockey Sense

Goalie Sessions- $35 per goalie per hour
Small group (3-6 goalies) on ice session where goalies will maximize reps in a defined skill area.
Session Plan- 15 minutes Skating Skill Development
20 minutes Isolated Skill Development
30 minutes Game Situation Development
Individual Film Study- $20 per half hour
Individual film sessions where player and coach will review submitted film to discuss tactical and situational decision making to develop hockey sense and game understanding.

*Please submit film at least 5 days before Film Session so coach has time to review and prepare.
Goal Setting Sessions- $20 per half hour
Individual goal setting and habit planning sessions where player and coach will discuss the goals the player has and how to go about achieving those goals through consistent habits.
